Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Hail AI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by Proway Construction Group ("we," "us"). If you don't agree to these terms, don't use the Service.

Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and operating in a legal commercial capacity (e.g., a roofing contractor, insurance professional, or property manager). You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for any activity under your account.

Subscription & billing

Hail AI is sold as a monthly subscription at $99.00 USD per month (or an annual subscription at $1,000.00 USD/year — two months free).
New accounts start with a 3-day free trial. We collect a payment method up front; you are not charged during the trial.
On day 4, your card is automatically charged the subscription price unless you cancel before then.
Cancellations stop future billing immediately. You retain access through the end of the current billing period.
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal inside the app (gear menu → Workspace → Manage billing).
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card number.

Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period starts. We make exceptions for genuine errors (we charged you after you cancelled, we charged you twice, etc.) — email admin@prowayexteriors.com and we'll make it right within 7 days.

Acceptable use

Don't do any of the following:

Scrape the Service or its data programmatically beyond the rate of normal in-app use.
Resell the Service or share your login credentials. Each paid seat is for one operator inside one company.
Upload customer lists you don't have the legal right to use.
Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (Hail AI is a tool for outreach to your existing customer relationships and your own marketing list).
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Service's proprietary code, models, or trade secrets.

We may suspend or terminate your account for any of the above with notice and a refund of the unused portion of the current period.

Data & privacy

Your data belongs to you. We use it only to run the Service. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.

Service "as is"

Hail AI is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Storm reports come from public NOAA / SPC feeds and radar-derived inferences — we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any specific business decision. Use the Service as one input among many, not as legal or insurance advice. We disclaim liability for damages arising from reliance on Service outputs.

Limit of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow this — in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the minimum permitted.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
